After almost 15 years in the tackle trade – the last four at WB Clarke – Mark Hayward is leaving the trade.
Mark, the managing director of both WB Clarke and Fog under the Kenley umbrella, says he has relocated from Worcestershire to Staffordshire and found a new role outside the trade.
Mark told Tackle & Guns: “[This] new position will be much closer to my new home and will enable me to spend more time with my family.
“I would like to thank the Kenley board for its fantastic support and guidance over the last four years, the team at the Evesham head office and sales agents for their perseverance and commitment to change.
“I would also like to express my gratitude to our suppliers, with whom I have worked closely during my tenure. Finally, a big thank you to our loyal customers whose feedback and support have made my time a pleasure.
“I have enjoyed every challenge, learnt a hell of a lot and consider it an honour to have been an influence in such a long-established and respected business.”
Mark said that he leaves WB Clarke/Fog on a firm foundation for the future and expects the business to continue developing into a world-class supply partner to the UK’s independent tackle retailers.
