Dennis McFetrich and his MCF company have built up a strong reputation for innovative ideas, design and manufacturing over the years.
Matrix Innovations’ Anthony Johnson said: “This arrangement suited both parties as we have the machinery and infrastructure to take Dennis’ existing products and move the manufacture of them ‘in-house’.
“By his own admission, Dennis has struggled to keep up with demand over the last couple of years, which resulted in letting dealers down with supply. This is the first issue we have addressed and we aim to run the same stock levels that our dealers have come to expect from us.”
Dennis will continue to work for Matrix, making items like the float range. The deal will also give him more time to develop and prototype more ideas with Matrix then bring them to market.
Anthony added: “Dennis must rate as one of the best thinkers out there, as well as one of the most consistent fish-catchers there is. He is not one to shout about what he does but, believe me, the man knows how to put them on the bank!
“We’ve rebranded MCF over the winter and have worked hard on creating a new image, but, at the same time, keeping hold of the brand that the public know.”
